|Recommended: YesBest rental in Tacoma — After plenty of research, this apartment showed itself to be the best option for our budget. This apartment and its staff has surpassed expectations. All the residents are welcoming and their patios and cars are well maintained and everyone carries a positive vibe.
|Recommended: YesGood experience so far — Upstair dogs footsteps are loud at times, as well as the noise from the highway. The apartment wasn't exactly clean when we moved in. Happy with the amount of space.

The location is perfect for our needs, and the space and quality of the apartment is wonderful. The amenities are a great selling point, and my only complaint is I wish the gym was slightly bigger. However, the gym equipment is high quality

|Recommended: YesThey thought of everything... — This was my first time renting an apartment, and the staff really held my hand and made everything as easy as possible. They were kind, respectful, and very accommodating to my busy schedule and unique family needs. They have been quick to respond to my questions, concerns, and needs. The apartment was lovely and the grounds are clean and well kept. I am so glad to have found this place and to live here.

|Recommended: YesBest Place to Live in the Area — Out of all of the place I researched in the University Place Tacoma, this is by far the best place to live. I absolutely love the place and always feel safe. Their is plenty of visitor parking in certain areas and noise levels are extremely low. The management maintains to requests within 48 hours which has been great

|Recommended: YesUnique Apartment Design — I looked at so many apartment complexes and they all blended together, they were all the same boring and dark layouts. Then I found 1500 Orchard and was blown away with the huge windows and open airy layouts of the studio apartments. It's a plant person's dream. I am so happy here. Have never had an issue working with management or maintenance. The only thing is I wish the landscaping was nicer and more fitting for native plants. The plants they put in aren't doing very well. I also wish the wall heaters were more strategically placed. Other than that everything has been perfect. I've been here nearly 2 years and plan to stay here until I buy a house.

|Recommended: YesAmazing — I love my apartment here I love the layout and the hardwood floors it is very spacious and open. It is in a safe area. I can always find parking with no issue. I rarely ever hear my neighbors. It is always so clean and the amenities are great I love the staff here they are so nice and always answering any questions I would highly recommend living here.
