|Recommended: YesLove it here., not able to use any our amenities yet due to under contruction then virus but looking forward to them — Staff is wonderful, grounds are very well kept and very pet friendly, even though I don't have a pet love to see them around. Hope they don't up the rent and I can stay.

|Recommended: YesLove living here — 1500 orchard is very peaceful, convenient, and overall a good place to call home. It is very accessible to the freeway, grocery stores and walking trails. The staff is prompt and professional. The neighborhood is quiet and quite beautiful.

|Recommended: YesGreat, secure, clean and safe GATED place to live — My wife and I have been living here at 1500 Orchard Apartments since October 2019. It's been wonderful living here because of the reasons within the title of this review. Aside from those, the property managers and maintenance staff are professionals that are friendly, always willing to help, and ensure that everything is how it is supposed to be and everyone on-property are following rules.
The property is clean, we feel safe here, our neighbors and neighboring buildings are quiet and nice when running into one another on-property and the apartments are very spacious. It is a pet-friendly complex as you see many dog and cat owners walking their pets outside. My wife and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an awesome place to live to check this complex out Not to mention the workout center and outdoor pool amenities. Gated, secure and safe Who wouldn't want to live here

|Recommended: YesLived here for one year, no complaints — This apartment community is quiet and the grounds are kept very clean. There are quite a few rules compared to other places I've lived, but honestly that keeps the kind of neighbors that you don't want to have away.
Customer service is great and maintenance responses are handled quickly. 10 10 would recommend.

Maintenance responds quickly to anything that needs to be fixed or addressed. This is a very good place to live. Highly recommend

|Recommended: YesHome sweet home — Overall experience has been great here My boyfriend and I moved in together in November and love it. We do wish the community area, gym, and pool were bigger as this is a pretty big complex. The process itself of moving in and management has been great Every time we see staff they are friendly. The gounds are ALWAYS clean and people mostly pick up after their pets as well. Parking is also great here. I get home from work around 7 30pm and I can always find a spot. We just can't wait for the fence to be up and construction to be over

|Recommended: YesSpacious and beautiful studio — I moved into a studio only a few days ago and for starters, I want to give a big thanks to Sonya and Melanie for being so friendly and professional. Sonya was great showing us around the property and answering questions we had about the application process. Melanie was a rockstar helping my fiance and I move in the day we were approved - super responsive, informative, and just overall helpful with the entire thing which is amazing given the pandemic going on right now. They definitely made an impression. I am in love with the studio. Not only is it spacious in the living areas and kitchen but it offers a lot of closet space as well. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, its perfect.
