|Recommended: YesLots to like — The deluxe apartments get cold easily as it's a bigger space, but I like how spacious it is. The aesthetics are nice, I like having an amazon locker at the apartment complex, and the gym. Though i haven't used it yet, i like there's also a pool and hot tub.
Unfortunately, if people aren't courteous, you can feel the vibrations from stair stomping and slamming doors, but I only noticed it recently so they must really be stomping and slamming.

|Recommended: YesReally Great — This is a great place for me. The living space is really nice. The grounds are clean. The community is peaceful.
Sure if your upstairs neighbor walks in heavy boots or heels on the laminate floor, or vacuums you'll hear it but that's about it and that's reasonable.
Parking, was a number 1 priority for me to have when picking a new home no more fighting for street parking was a requirement. Having an assigned spot available for me is a blessing, and there always seems to be a good number of unused open spots as well.
The staff are super friendly and have been a pleasure to deal with from the off hours lease signing I needed an accommodation to every question since then.

|Recommended: YesOutstanding Property — 1500 Orchard is at a perfect location, very easy access to I5 and SR-16. The property is quiet, very clean and has everything you need. Management is also very helpful and professional since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

|Recommended: YesThis property is amazing — Even though I just moved in, I would say that this apartment is great. The property staff is really helpful, maintenance is really good, and the overall apartment itself is amazing. I'm really glad that I moved in here.
|Recommended: YesHard to tell since it's not complete — I'm very happy with the layout and size of my studio apartment. There is plenty of storage and it's very spacious. I've lived here for 7 months and am a little disappointed that the amenities that are included in the rent have not been available for use. Looking forward for the construction to be complete and the security gate to be installed.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live. — I hear my neighbors fighting all the time and loud music from others. Otherwise the apartments are a great size, plenty of closet space and storage. Since it's a new building they should have done central heating and cooling.
Claudia. Thank you for the positive but honest review. Please note, we do not want your peace disturbed. If the music/fighting is excessive and beyond normal apartment living please make sure we are aware so we can take corrective action with the neighbors.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Design with Plenty of Room — It feels good coming home here at 1500 Orchard. The open concept in the main living areas allows me to prepare meals in the kitchen, while still being able to spend time with my husband and our son while they do their own thing. Speaking of the kitchen, the quartz countertops are to die for I've lived in other apartments in Tacoma, and they have been cramped and cluttered. Since we've moved to 1500 Orchard, we have so much storage space we don't know what to do with it all. We absolutely love our new home
